Woodlyn Heights Inver Grove Heights Complaint Findings for Exploitation
In a report concluded on September 23, 2015, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Villa Court Cromwell for exploitation by staff. It is alleged that multiple residents were financially exploited when a staff, alleged perpetrator (AP) took the residents narcotic medication for her/his own use.
Based on preponderance of evidence, financial exploitation occurred when the Alleged Perpetrator (AP) cashed the client’s personal checks and used the cash for her/his own personal use.

In another report concluded on April 25, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Woodlyn Heights Inver Grove Heights for exploitation by staff.
Exploitation is substantiated when the AP diverted five narcotic medications from Resident #1 and #2 for her own personal use.
