Substantiated as it relates to a violation of a state statute regarding medications being set-up by an unlicensed staff person in a weekly medication container, to be administered at a later date by another unlicensed staff person. In addition, violations of state licensing rules regarding medication records and lack of prescriber’s orders for medications noted. Correction orders are issued related to these violations.
