Scenic Hills Alternative Care St Paul Complaint Findings for Lack of Orientation
In a report concluded on April 4, 2011, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Scenic Hills Alternative Care St Paul for lack of orientation – service training.
The allegation is staff is not adequately trained.
