
Resident Falls After Being Left Alone Unsupervised in the Bathroom
The allegation of neglect is that a resident falls in the nursing home resulting in a fractured hip when the alleged perpetrator left him untreated in the bathroom. The resident’s Plan of Care directs the staff to remain in the room when the resident was on the toilet.
