Substantiated Neglect Against Recover Health St Cloud
Abuse occurred when a child was pinched on her leg by the AP. The AP admitted pinching the child because the child was exhibiting disruptive behavior including trying to exit the car seat and attempting to walk home independently.
The AP picked up the child and her siblings up from school and attempted to transport them home. The child refused to enter the car and proceeded to walk home independently. The AP picked the child up and placed her in the car seat. The child repeatedly unbuckled the car seat and attempted to exit the window and the door. The AP pinched the patient’s leg to gain compliance with the seat belt and car seat.
