Mount Olivet Rolling Acres Victoria Complaint Findings for Neglect

In a report concluded on April 13, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Mount Olivet Rolling Acres Victoria for neglect of supervision.

The allegation is neglect of supervision based on the following: Client #1 and Client #2 had sexual intercourse when they were left unsupervised.  Although the facility staff said it was consensual, they have been previous concerns regarding Client #2, and it is thought that the Client #2 has a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
