
MDH Cites Maple Senior Living Failed to Supervise a Client who Became Locked in Storage Room and Suffered Trauma to Head
In a report from the Minnesota Department of Health it is alleged that a client at Maple Senior Living was neglected when the facility did not adequately supervise the client. The client became locked in a storage room and sustained head injuries requiring sutures.
