Lake Shore Duluth Complaint Findings for Exploitation
In a report concluded on August 1, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Lake Shore Duluth for exploitation by staff – drug diversion.
The allegation is financial exploitation based on the following: the alleged perpetrator (AP) documented that she administered oxycodone to a resident three times during one shift but the resident indicated that she did not receive the medication.
