It is alleged that financial exploitation occurred when the home health aide/alleged perpetrator (AP) took a patient’s ring and pawned it without permission.
Substantiated Complaint of Financial Exploitation Against Healthline Homecare Hibbing
Financial exploitation occurred when the AP took a patient’s ring and pawned it without permission for her own personal use. The AP admitted to police that she took that she took the ring from the client’s home without permission and pawned it. The AP was charged with theft.
