Unanswered Ventilator Alarm Leads to Neglect Complaint at Frazee Care Center
It is alleged that neglect occurred when a resident’s ventilator alarm was heard ringing and staff did not respond in a timely manner. The alarm rang between five and ten minutes and when checked, the resident was found to be deceased.
