Bywood Health Care Minneapolis Complaint Findings for Patient Rights
In a report concluded on February 12, 2013, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Bywood Health Care Minneapolis for violation of patient rights.
It is alleged that a resident’s rights were violated when she did not receive a written discharge notice.
