Brightstar Healthcare of Wayzata Complaint Findings for Abuse by Staff
In a report concluded on August 14, 2014, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Brightstar Healthcare of Wayzata for abuse – exploitation by staff.
It is alleged that two clients were financially exploited when employee (F), alleged perpetrator (AP) allegedly asked and borrowed $300.00 from Client #1 and $1000.00 from Client #2 for his/her own use.

Based on a preponderance of the evidence, financial exploitation did occur when the AP borrowed $300 from client 1 and client 2.
Attempts to interview the AP were made but the AP refused to respond to requests to be interviewed.

It is alleged that a client was financially exploited when the alleged perpetrator (AP) used the client’s credit card to make payment for her/his own use.
