Theft From Four Residents at Visiting Angels Burnsville

In two different reports from the Minnesota Department of Health concerning Visiting Angels, Visiting Angels Burnsville it is alleged that four clients were financially exploited when the alleged perpetrator (AP) took the client’s money, jewelry, and credit cards for his/her own personal use.

Based on a preponderance of evidence, financial exploitation did occur when the AP stole #1’s pearl earrings and two necklaces: $120.00 from client #2; two yellow gold necklaces and yellow gold earrings from client #3 and two pearl necklaces, three rings, an unknown amount of turquoise jewlry from client #4 and took client #4’s credit card and made purchases totaling $271.96.
