Neglect of Health Care, Sexual Abuse at St Olaf Resident Minneapolis Minnesota

St Olaf Residence Minneapolis Complaint Findings for Sexual Abuse

In a report concluded on November 21, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites St Olaf Residence Minneapolis for sexual abuse of resident.

The allegation is abuse based on the following: a resident met nursing assistant/alleged perpetrator (AP) on a pre-arranged visit to a hotel where they had sex.

In a report concluded on July 12, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites St Olaf Residence Minneapolis for neglect of health care.

The allegation is neglect based on the following: a resident took an overdose of Vicodin that she obtained from the medication cart.  The resident was found unresponsive and sent to the hospital.
