Failure to Receive Pain Management at RSI Hartley Duluth Minnesota

RSI Hartley Duluth Complaint Findings for Neglect Pain Management

In a report concluded on November 24, 2014, the Minnesota Department of Health cites RSI Hartley Duluth for neglect pain management.

It is alleged that a client was neglected when his/her pain medication was not properly managed after a dental procedure.

Substantiated Allegation of Neglect Against RSI Hartley in Duluth

Based on a preponderance of the evidence neglect is substantiated.  The client returned to facility following oral surgery and staff did not adequately assess, provide pain management or pain monitoring for the client.
