Financial Abuse by Staff at Park Gardens Fergus Falls Minnesota

Park Gardens Fergus Falls Complaint Findings for Exploitation

In a report concluded on June 26, 2014, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Park Gardens Fergus Falls for exploitation by staff.

It is alleged that the financial exploitation occurred with a staff, the alleged perpetrator (AP) was observed on a video using a client’s debit card on multiple occasions.  The AP did not have the client’s permission to use the debit card.

According to the Minnesota Attorney General, scams targeting seniors come in all sizes, range greatly in complexity, and may originate from someone as close to you as your next door neighbor or a stranger halfway around the world.
