MN Veterans Home Minneapolis Complaint Findings for Neglect

In a report concluded on April 24, 2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites MN Veterans Home Minneapolis for neglect of supervision.

The allegation is neglect of supervision based on the following: a resident (#1) with a diagnosis of depression, was found dead in his room along with empty unlabeled medication bottles.
