Theft of Client Funds at Living Life Home Care in Golden Valley

In a report from the Minnesota Department of Health dated August 5, 2016, it is alleged that a client was financially exploited when the alleged perpetrator (AP) took the client’s money.

The Minnesota Department of Health Cites Living Life Home Care After Theft of Client’s Funds

Based on the preponderance of the evidence financial exploitation occurred when the alleged perpetrator (AP) took client’s credit card on several different occasions, used the client’s credit card to make purchases, totaling $1309.29.

A police report and interview with police revealed the AP was observed on video from retailers where the client’s credit card was used.  Police identified the AP as the person in the video and noted the charges totaled $1309.29.  Police forwarded their findings to the city attorney for formal charging.
