Good Samaritan Society Jackson  Complaint Findings for Physical Abuse

In a report concluded on March 7,2012, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Good Samaritan Society Jackson for physical abuse by staff.

The allegation is abuse based on the following: when Resident #1 refused to sit down on the toilet, the alleged perpetrator (AP) pushed Resident #1 down on the toilet, causing her to hit the wall.
