Golden Living Center Otter Tail Lake Battle Lake – Resident Aggression Toward Another Resident

In a report concluded on January 24, 2011, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Golden Living Center Otter Tail Lake for neglect of supervision – resident to resident.

Resident v Resident – Golden Living Center Otter Lake

The allegation is neglect based on the following: Resident #1 was not adequately supervised resulting in aggressive behavior toward Resident #2 and Resident #3 on a continual basis.
