Community Addiction Rec St Peter Complaint Findings for Violation of Patient Rights

In a report concluded on May 2, 2013, the Minnesota Department of Health cites Community Addiction Rec St Peter for patient rights nursing care.

It is alleged that state licensing statutes and rules were not being followed when client’s rights were violated in relation to some clients not receiving appropriate health care and administration not being responsive to client’s grievances.  In addition, client’s safety was compromised due to inadequate supervision by staff during medication administration.
