CareMate Home Health St Paul Complaint Findings for Exploitation – Stealing from Client

In a report concluded on February 22, 2013, the Minnesota Department of Health cites CareMate Home Health St Paul for exploitation by staff.

It is alleged that financial exploitation occurred when the alleged perpetrator (AP) Personal Care Attendant/PCA wrote checks from a client’s checking account totaling more that $500.00 without the client’s permission.
