Accessible Space ASI Metro 1, Complaint Findings Medication Overdose

In a report concluded on June 27, 2012, Accessible Space ASI Metro 1 was cited with substantiated neglect for neglect of health care – medications.

The allegation of neglect is based on the following: On multiple occasions, Client #1’s medications were not administered as ordered when he received three pain medications at the same time.  The client was admitted to the hospital for the medication overdose.
